Flexible online assessment platform containing a range of assessments. You create 'assessment campaigns' for your recruitment and development processes. You choose the assessments that your respondents complete online from a range of personality questionnaires, ability tests and recruitment tools.
Seamless candidate journey. Psycruit daisy chains your selected assessments together into a single, integrated online process for your candidates.
Gamified elements. Our online assessments incorporate gamified elements to make them more enjoyable for test takers. Psycruit assessments boast features such as engaging business scenarios, motivational encouragers and test progress visuals. They also have candidate-friendly time limits to take some of the pressure off.
Employer branding. The candidate journey and reports can be branded with your logo, role or process name, values, competency headings or success factors. At no extra cost.
Candidate management facilities. Track the progress of your candidates through the assessment process. Stay in touch with your candidates through email and SMS.

Range of management reports. Data downloads available to download from your Psycruit account include candidate data, campaign data and diversity data.

Thin client approach; compatible with full range of computers and browsers. Psycruit is written in the latest Microsoft .Net technology. No software is downloaded onto the user's computer. Thin page construction minimises file sizes and maximises candidate access speeds.
Complies with all current internet standards. Psycruit conforms to the World Wide Web Consortium XHTML 1.0 and is tested on all major browsers: Internet Explorer (6+), Firefox, Safari, Opera and Chrome.
Adheres to accessibility guidelines. Psycruit conforms to level "Double-A" of the W3C Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 to ensure accessibility for users with disabilities. Compatible with accessibility devices such as screen readers and refreshable Braille.

Powerful insights about people at work. The Criterion Personality Questionnaires are designed to provide an insight into tendencies and preferences within the workplace. Available in both a long and short version; these questionnaires provide a rounded picture of the individual and enable you to access a full suite of reports including profiles, onboarding, team strengths, leadership and many more.
Build your own Criterion Personality Questionnaire. Psycruit enables you the flexibility to create your own Criterion Personality Questionnaire, powered by the Criterion Attribute Library (CAL). Choose the personality elements you want to assess from a library of 46 covering interpersonal style, thinking style, emotional style, motivations and culture-fit. Psycruit’s easy-to-use questionnaire builder enables you to create a bespoke questionnaire in just a couple of minutes!
Extensively validated over 25 years. Our Criterion Personality Questionnaires have been developed and refined through extensive research with organisations into business critical roles.
Candidate matching facility with bespoke scoring algorithms. Using a simple and intuitive interface you determine the areas of strength within your Criterion Personality Questionnaire based on a target job. Psycruit automatically generates an overall suitability algorithm for candidate matching scores. From this, a Selection Report can be downloaded to gain insight into the degree-of fit between an individual and the desired attributes of the job role.
Assess style, emotions and values. Select scales from across the Criterion Attribute Library to penetrate beneath behaviours to understand emotional style, motivational values and culture-fit with your organisation.

Online verification of candidate results. Select candidates for verification of their online test score. Psycruit automatically selects a shorter sample of questions not yet completed by the candidate and calculates a verification score.
